Scope of Services
Print Craft provides photo and art printing services, including file review, size and paper consultation, test prints, and production of printed works. Any order is subject to file suitability, material availability, and confirmation of the requested specifications.

Operational clause
Orders and Payment
Prices are determined by print size, paper, and quantity, and any test print is billed separately where applicable. Payment methods accepted are limited to those confirmed at the time of order, and no order is binding until the relevant payment or approval has been received.

File Review and Approval
The studio may review files for resolution, profile, and basic technical issues, but it does not verify spelling, names, dates, legal wording, or factual accuracy unless this is expressly agreed within the file-preflight scope. Production may proceed only after the customer confirms the final quantity and approved file state.

Customer Content Rights
All customer-provided images, artwork, fonts, and other materials remain the customer's responsibility, and the customer must hold the rights needed to submit and reproduce them. Print Craft does not acquire ownership of customer content by handling or printing it.

Limitations of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Print Craft is not liable for differences arising from screen settings, prior prints, different materials, or separate production batches. The studio also does not guarantee exact color matching, specific paper availability, or any unconfirmed production date.
